Is it normal that I feel bad when I see a toddler I don't find cute? While it's subjective - that beauty in the eyes of the beholder thing - when you look at one with detachment how do you feel?
I consider all babies who aren't conventionally cute or beautiful to be, "busa-kawaii", meaning "ugly-cute".
I see special cuteness and endearingness in what, according to standard, would be considered ugly.
I'll think something like, "Aww, look at those little wrinkles!" It's the same with many animals.
I can only do that with beings whom I perceive to be innocent and harmless.
I like babies, which is fortunate considering I look after them for a living. I've been lucky enough not to have to work with any ugly ones.
Only ugly baby I've seen in real life was my mother's cousin's daughter. Fuck she was hideous. She looked like a half plucked orangutan that had been put through a mulcher. I kept getting asked to hold her and I really didn't want to touch her.
Not a fan of babies they all look the same to me and it creeps me the hell out.
All babies look ugly to me. Then again I don't like babies and have no plans on having my own.
Like others, I don't find babies cute. Puppies are cute. Babies look like caterpillars with arms and legs.
I don't feel guilty for my opinions on the appearances of other people. What other people look like is not my fault.
Sucks to admit, but..Gotta be nice to the person's face, then walk away and think..That was one ugly baby.. I've done it a bunch of times. These new, proud parents who think they're baby is the most beautiful, perfect thing ever, and the kid is kill a cockroach ugly. Was with an ex-gf one time, visiting one of her friends who had a baby, and the kid just wasn't cute.
We got outside after saying nice things, and both said..Whoa..That was one ugly baby. Know it's not nice to say, but, I had to look past him and to the wall instead.
Really cause they shit and whiz all over themselves and scream bloody murder and I've heard they "latch on" to your tit which sounds kinda awful. Plus they look like wrinkled walruses. What exactly is cute?
They also smile, play and their hair always smell good. I have breastfeed my baby and it was an amazing experience so I can't relate to what you've heard.
I can't really explain why I find them cute. It's just that way and I really cannot understand how others can't.
To me all babies are ugly, but in an adorable way, so I don't feel anything.
