It's not sexy or anything, and I think a lot of creeps may find it sexy. I sure wouldn't do it, but if that's what makes her feel happy and helps some pregnant woman feel better about herself, then by all means....
I find it somewhat repulsive, but that's just me. If pregnant women want to expose themselves, then they have that right.
