How do you'all deal with serious stress?

When I'm stressed I turn to prawn.

Puppies. My college campus brings puppies to the library during finals, and its a wonderland in there.

Prayer, meditation, yoga, psychotropic drugs, therapy, aromatherapy, Ignatian spirituality and quality time with my feline life coach, etc.

Coffee, anti-depressants, and morphine. I mix them up together in a large cup and chug it.

I often listen to lectures afterwards and indeed, sometimes I listen to the great Donald J, Trump.

Here's a different one for all to read, when I get REALLY stressed, which isn't very often, I sometimes lay out a line of go fast, then put on a bra or something lingerie like, and yes I'm a male.
