I'm a 26-year-old woman who has never been able to fully grasp the concept of anal sex. Sure, I've seen it in every porn movie I've ever watched, but how in the world do they do it? I've tried it with my boyfriend and it's probably the most painful thing that has ever happened to me...and (excuse me for being frank) it wasn't even all the way in! Has everyone tried it except me? Is it really the "best orgasm ever"? Is it normal that it hurts me so much?

    get used to fingers and smaller stuff before you try a dick.use lube and go slow and maybe being a little drunk wouldnt hurt....it will take the edge off the uncomfortable feeling.after a few times your butt will sort of open up and accept penetration .but some guys have rods that are so big that it wont ever be pleasureable for the female.I know.

    It's possible your going to enjoi it BUT IT TAKES TIME. If you start whit litle things first like 1 or 2 fingers or little butplug or fibritor and you work your way up to lager things than it can be pleasurable. Take the time to strech your spinster mussle. Take days and mayby weeks to do so. I know that young people are in an hurry to experiance everything very quick but this is one thing you enjoi the most if you take it slow.If you use an lot of lubrican as well in your ass as on the thing you want to insert it goes a lot smoder. And let your friend know that you want to tri again if you think your ready for it. If he's trully your friend he can wait a little bit longer so you both can enjoi it in the future.

    Um... Yeah its normal I guess- I actually find vaginal sex to be almost painful- I like anal more... but I am strange like that :P

    People who say anal always hurts at first are ignorant. If you start small and warm up to relax the anus over a period of time before trying anal sex, it should not hurt at all.

    I'm not encouraging you to do it if you don't like it, but I'll give you tips anyway.
    It ALWAYS hurts the FIRST time, because you're not used to it. Trying something new is always weird or painful.
    Like some others have said, start out with something small. Your finger, or something. Lube is very important. You'll need lots.
    And just so you know, this is coming from a guy. Biggest thing I've used so far is a hairbrush, and you know what? I love it.

    Here's another option. DON'T do it if it doesn't appeal to you. If it's something you really want to give a fair try and it's important to your lover, I guess you can go with some extra lube and relaxation techniques. But the majority of women I've known throughout my life have not found it pleasurable, no matter what. Sorry if that makes me sound like a bit of buzzkill in this area. I'm actually all for whatever two consulting adults can enjoy together, but this is something that I don't fully grasp, either.

      I wasn't saying you HAVE to participate, merely advising that, even to a seasoned taker like myself, it always hurts.
      Of course you have to WANT to do it to participate but it is stil gonna hurt initially no matter HOW you prepare. I KNOW!

    I don't care who tells you differently hun. Anal sex is ALWAYS painful initially. Done by some one who knows what he is doing and is TOTALLY considerate, uses PLENTY of lubricant AND A CONDOM, it becomes managable and to some enjoyable. But it ALWAYS hurts at the start.
