Smoking won't make your depression better. It will for the short term, but each time you smoke it's going to cover it up worse and worse. Running from the problem only makes it worse, this includes your pills too. You have to actually take your meds, stay positive, and just accept life as it is. I had terrible terrible TERRIBLE depression for a full year when I was 14 and 15. No emotion, brain dead, living in a grey world with no hope. It went away strangely enough on it's own. I still do nothing but sit on the computer all day alone but I am so so happy just because its infinitely better then those days.
Im not trying to run away im trying to help it and when i smoke im not running away or pushing things off to the sides, it takes away the stress of things and im able to take things at my own pace and feel really happen, it helps me think more clearly and thats why i think it really helps.
