How do i shake off this silly little mood i'm in?

Hello, so anyway lately(for about 3 months) I have been in a mood. I can't seem to shake off. Its getting worse and worse please help me.

I sleep okay and maybe too much but I never have energy go out or take a shower or brush my teeth. I'll go to the bathroom and sit down on the floor for hours instead of showering or anything...i just dont have energy. I want to do things but i just dont have energy.

And also i might cry if i think too much so I'm constantly watching Netflix or youtube to distract myself.

You know that feeling you get when you are nervous about something? The shakiness, and pounding heart? Yeah I feel like that all the time now and because of this I don't really enjoy my hobbies...

I'm lonely but I don't want to hang out with my friends.

I don't think I'm depressed if someone were to talk to me now I would just be the same as usual and I live with my family who hasnt noticed anything. Also im not sick.

Please help me shake off this silly little mood!!!!

Idk but I have also been thinking about suicide.

  • Have you seen a doctor? I think you need to see a doctor. I don't doubt that you are depressed, but it's possible that you may also have additional medical issues like hypothyroidism for example.

  • The basis of this is that you have no real dream or goal to accomplish in life. That's what keeps a person focused.

    Spend some time thinking about how you want to live your life, and dreams and goals you would like to accomplish.

    Then pick the most important ones and start to work on getting them. Find people who will support you in achieving them. Note that it often takes 5-10 years to achieve a major dream or goal... but, your progress will make you much happier and productive in life.

    Read success books... Little changes things can add up fast.

    "The Compound Effect" by Darren Hardy (a primer on how to succeed at anything).

    "The Magic of Thinking Big" by David Schwartz

    "Personality isn't permanent" by Benjamin Hardy

    "Atomic Habits" by James Clear (how to design small personal habits that work for you instead of against you).

  • You have no energy because your body doesnt need energy to just lay around all day. If you can just get yourself to go out and jog or walk up hill for just 2 days you will feel your body producing more energy and dopamine. We werent meant to live stationary lives. Your brain doesnt work as well when you are stationary. Your brain isnt producing serotonin and dopamine as much as it would if you were active.

    I am well aware it seems like an impossible feat to go jog but if you can bring yourself to do it one day the next day you'll feel more motivated to do it. Its hard to get thr momentum started but once it starts you will want to do it. You'll feel yourself getting more energy very quickly.
