    I want it to hurt so badly where I can go to the doctor and get a doctors note to sit out.

      However you messed it up in the first place, do that again, but put all your horniness into the effort and do it with much more vigour.

      Alternatively, be sensible, don't deliberately injure yourself, and find some other way to talk to the guy.
