I feel you. I also suffer from really bad acne and i was pretty insecure. There was a time when I stopped caring and i felt so much better. I told myself “you know what, if they don’t like you just because they think you’re ugly then they’re not worth it. Stay away from those people”. I felt a weight was lifted from shoulders. Just be yourself. If your acne bothers you, take extra good care of your skin, but do it for yourself and not for anyone’s approval. I’m still a bit insecure (i think thats pretty normal but it’s not healthy to be insecure about every little thing) but I’m much better than before. I’m still working on it. Take good care of your mental health as well. Good luck:)
Sure!:) So after a lot experimenting with different products (as well as suffering many consequences lol). You have to find a facial wash that is low in pH (because our skin have low pH) I used to use soap that are high in pH which dries my skin too much and of course dry skin = too much sebum production = breakouts. When I started using this, my skin doesn’t feel tight and dry but it still gives me that clean feeling. So I started doing these steps 1: low pH facial cleanser—>2: AHA/BHA toner —> 3: oil-free Moisturizer. (They are all CosRx brands). However, I have to warn you tho, although these products really worked for me, they broke out some people. So you may want to do some more research before switching to these products. Good luck!
