I really doubt he would have consciously waited 10 whole years for you, but if he might be single and you both seem to be still interested I think you should screw up your courage and reach out to him. Try and build a bridge.
It's such a relief to hear someone else opinions than to think about it myself though i would not take chances to approach/reach out to him (it's embarrassing if he's with someone). Furthermore, i'm totally speechless when i'm near him. Thanks for your opinion and support.
