  • From where do you suppose that victim mindset came?

    • Which one? Mine? Because it was a scape goat and friends would reassure me that im a victim. I could blame the world instead of myself. In reality I was a drug addict that dropped out of school and hung out with similar people all day.

      • Well, regardless of from where that so called mindset came, you must not push too hard, because that's a great way bring about resentments on both sides. I honestly think you shouldn't project your issues on your child. I think things like acceptance, and moderation are key.

        • Thats what Ive come to realize too. If you push them too hard it will have the opposite effect. I really feel like that mindset is cancer though. I experienced it first hand.
