  • I too have a hallucination problem, sometimes it is caused when they don't have enough sleep, if they have dehydration, or if they got epilepsy, or they have excessive drug uses and sometimes if they got brain cancer.

If you do hallucinate I recommend you getting help and use this wikihow as guidance if you need to:https://www.wikihow.com/Handle-Hallucinations#:~:text=%20Coping%20Now%20%201%20Remember%20that%20hallucinations,5%20Try%20treating%20visual%20hallucinations%20as...%20More

    • Thank you NormalJudge64

How old were you when you started hallucinating? Do you know what caused it?

      • I started hallucinating at my current age which is 18, for me it was sleep deprivation and I spent way too much time on my phone so I kept seeing images of heads.

Do you have sleep deprivation it might be that?

        • Yess I am 18 and lack sleep most of the time..I think it started when I was 16 and I felt that something horrible was watching me, the walls were all melting and I was covered in bugs. When I was sleepy, I heard whispering and sighing and got scared

So for you it gets better with sleep and less phone use?

          • Well it has worked for me, the hard part is that I still think of my phone even when I hide it away from myself.
