    Simple answer: don't hang out in environments were "hood rat black men live." chances are you will get approached by "respectful"men of any race if you hang out in environments were respectful man thrive. If you find yourself hanging out in places were ghetto black men are, you are going to get approached. Simple as that. FYI I'M a black male that find its hard to be attached to ghetto black girls lol
