There's no problem if you don't feel attracted to black men physically, but there is a problem when you generalize a specific race and gender on their personality.
You should re-word the question as, "How do I get vulgar people to stop romantically approaching me?". Don't specifically attack men according to their race because unless you have met "MOST" of the black men on Earth, you have no right to do so.
^ This, you do seem to have a valid problem but it seems a little racist to single out an entire race. I can assume the black men you keep attracting are hood rat and probably not from the nicest area. Also people with the type of attitude these men seem to have probably dont care how much skin you show just that you are female.
