Seek therapy to deal with it all and cut off all contact.
If they're abusive you have no reason to stay in contact even if they're family. If they are diagnosed with the things you wrote then they should be getting active treatment and taking meds to be more stable mentally and if they aren't doing that then you have even less of a reason to put up with them if they won't try to be better.
