How do I get over a best friend break up

    We also work together, so it is quite hard I have tried to speak but no response, should I just ignore him too, would that help the situation? (Only work with him once every two weeks but is still hard)

      If you aren't getting a response, that would probably be best. It would help you move on from the loss of the friendship as well.
