I think that's too much of her so i'm not wondering that you get so irritated. There's a limit for everything and you have the right not wanting to hear that stuff. Enough is enough.
Talk to her creatively like "Don't get this the wrong way, i don't mean this in an offensive way but the things is that you talk too much about Korean stuff and that irritates me a lot. I don't know why but it just does. I want to be friends and i don't mean to sound mean or hurt you but would it be possible for you not to talk so much about Korean? I mean, i'm happy for you being so excited and all but i hope you understand".
There's always a creative way of speaking. And if it doesn't work, like if she gets too hurt, wait it she calms down and if she doesn't and will not want to understand you - she not might be your friend. Sometimes we have to face down harsh facts in life.
If you talk to her in a nice way and creatively, you have done everything you could. Relationships are a bitch sometimes.
