How do i control the urge to stalk people online?

I tend to stalk people on Facebook, LinkedIn and on the Internet in general. I do it when I am bored. I have lately been stalking my ex, his family members, his new girlfriend.

Other than keeping myself busy, or not having access to the Internet (both of which are impossible) how do I control the urge to stalk people?

Is It Normal?

    Dude it is normal,I do it all the time
    I found someone's house and I was thinking about visiting him one day lol
    People are really stupid,you should not put your real name
    We should meet one day that will be nice
