I didn't have a twin but I had a sister who died as a baby that I never got o know and carried heavy guilt for most of my life. I didn't know it or what to tell anyone for a very long time.
Most people have survivors remorse.
I'm very sorry for your loss. Nothing is worse than what you're experiencing.
