I already have my picture up. Due to being overweight, I would have never had the confidence to do so, so I always wound up using a picture of my deceased dog Blackie or one of my chickens. I gained a little more confidence around October after losing the extra weight and posted one up with my face covered. Around late December/early January, I no longer gave a crap and started posting pictures without my face covered.

I stopped cold turkey with the over eating and excersised a lot more. Though I have been straying from the dieting as of late. Lol
