Obviously sometimes violence becomes necessary to prevent more violence, but when it becomes necessary it is important to have as little innocent casualties and destruction as possible while destroying the people causing the problem. This will always be an issue because the bad guys do not care if they have to take innocent people as hostage. The best scenario is for humanity to keep check on each other regardless of where they are and keep others from getting to that point as well as watching out for each other becoming victims.
How can we do this? Is it possible at all? Is it normal?
