You could get a personal breathalyzer. Shower once it reads 0.00. Other than that, all I can think of is to ask someone to smell you.
Drink plenty of water too, it won't lower your BAC but it might tone down your sweat if you're well hydrated. Alcohol dehydrates you and your sweat might be more potent in that state.

Thanks. I know methods of hiding the smell, coffee or gum. I just didnt know how to tell when indont have to use them

Yeah, a breathalyzer will tell you if alcohol is still emimating. Good luck.
