Practise your socialising on strangers. Say hello if you make eye contact with someone you pass in the street. Instead of looking straight at someone in the eye, focus on the bridge of their nose. It's easy to make friends, just ask them about themselves - and let them talk, look interested and ask more questions. Don't bother to join in to build a rapport they'll love you 'coz you're a great listener.' Fools! People are so easy to manipulate.
