Fifteen is a confusing age to decide if your penis size is normal. Some are far into puberty, and their penis is as large as it will ever be. Yet, many are in the midst of puberty or barely starting and their penises have a lot of growing to do.
Forget it for now, and revisit this question when you're about twenty. My guess....you're still developing.
