    • Hmmm then it is not too little or too much sleep if you stay between 7-9. Do you keep yourself hydrated?

      • Some people need more than 9, like me. I sleep 9-12 hours/night. If I sleep in longer than 12 hours, then I feel crappy all day, but if I sleep less than 8.5-9, I'm like a zombie all day too.

        • True. I meant for the average person. 12 is a lot. How do you have time to get anything done?

          • I guess I'm just used to it. I've always only had my 12-14 daytime hours. I usually get up early, so that means going to bed early, usually at 9-11 PM, but I'm also prone to drifting off my sleep schedule when I get busy.
