Makes me laugh when they forget to turn them off.
Can't you tell if the lights are on?
not necessarily.. and sometimes places have their lights on at night. Like bars are all enclosed so u can't tell plus they're dark inside anyway.
How annoying are lit OPEN signs on CLOSED businesses?
