Hooooooow can you rain

First things first as always I am an idiot.

How can it be that it is 98 degrees with 60% humidity outside one minute and then seems the temperature goes down 20 degrees in 5 minutes. And then rain comes pouring down and the rain burns your skin it is so cold. This water comes from the gulf but how can it be so fuckin cold while traveling through a such hot climate.

Sometimes when it rains and its hot out it is not cold rain. But sometimes it is very cold.
