Feelings come and go. If someone does something horrible to you, like kill your dog, I think it is normal to *want* to hurt them in return.
But these sound like more minor issues. it is normal to be angry and upset. What is NOT normal, in my opinion, is holding onto those feelings of rage long after the offending issue is over with. It's not normal to hold onto anger that long, and when you do, remember: It is only poisoning you. It is hurting you.
Remember, they did not actually hurt you by cutting in front of you in line. Sure, that is offensive and rude. And not okay, in my book. But they did not hurt you or anyone you loved. So please do not act on those feelings. Consider journaling or any other form of therapeutic release (not killing for their sake and yours lol). But those poisonous feelings have got to go. You are suffering because you're holding onto that anger. And while feelings of anger come and go, you need to keep those feelings in check or they will affect you and your life negatively. I'm more concerned about you than anyone else. Good luck.
