True for New York City and Washington DC. But, most cities don't care about guns that are permanently kept at home. You get into serious legal complications in cities when you take your guns outside your house.
Let everyone who is lawful own a gun. You would be much less likely to rob someone if there was a higher chance to get a counter gun draw on you.
In a side note I dont get why people draw a fake gun on cops then people cry that they were unarmed. Idk how people would think for a 1/4th of a second that would even work.
