I mean it'd pretty common practice that pester the hell out of your boss when you need a specific day off. I've had bosses change my schedule without notice after it was posted. I just ignore the change if I have plans. They if you do a good job they just huff and puff and you have to remind them they need to inform you of last minute changes. Irs kinda fun
