  • I don't tend to use a lot of traditional pre-ground pepper. I do like the freshly grounds, though. Either pink or black peppercorns for me. I only use them for certain things, though. I'd much rather use chilli flakes.

    I guess peppercorns are generally more for meat recipes (and I don't eat meat). When I think pepper sauce, I always think steak.
