Yes we will see how it goes, I think it has been someone's pet, it was very scared as though it had been abused and been dumped and not known how to feed itself. I'm just worried about when I let it out that it'll disappear :(

I've always understood when moving house with cats that they need to be kept inside for two or three weeks before letting them out.
You're wonderful to go to all this trouble for a stray cat: I'm very impressed!
I'm assuming the next step will be having it neutered to prevent the production of more strays?
