  • I used to do that, or imagine how my life could be different. For a start you are properly not sleepy enough when you first go to bed so make sure you are actually tired before you go to bed. If anything is stressing you then think about it before you go to bed, no1 likes to go to bed with worries! Try having a hot bath or/and hot drink before bed, nothing better :)
