Basically, you and your boyfriend need to focus extra time and energy into finding better jobs and moving out.
Also, every family is different. Just because you would be that one person to speak their mind to their sibling if they had an unruly partner, doesn't mean your boyfriend should do the same. It would just cause tension in a house that's not even his. Don't let that stress ruin your relationship and accept that this is something you can't solve or control. Just bare with it and focus all energy on supporting each other and moving out.
