I can understand your feelings, but it's not your house so you don't make the rules. Obviously you are not the only one who doesn't like the brother's girlfriend, but I'd be willing to bet that the parents are trying to be tolerant. I think it's a waste of energy to worry too much about her and how the family is handling this issue. I don't think the brother and his girlfriend feel especially comfortable with anyone else in the house either.
Just continue to be your own friendly, helpful self. I'm sure your man's parents will remember what a good person you are. This too shall pass. I'm not trying to diminish your plight or invalidate you in anyway, but at least she's not all up in yo shit, trying to buddy up to you, and wanting to borrow stuff. I do really feel bad for the dog. Well, I'm happy this situation is not adversely affecting any housecats. Feline morale is always of the utmost concern to me!
