Maybe looking into getting some help wouldn't be a bad idea, such as for sex addiction. Like any addiction, going cold turkey is hard to do and you'll need a lot of support.
Congratulations on making it this far though, if you just try to focus on other things, start a project or take up running, whatever you want, it will help.
