Yeah. Only we'll both be freelancers and living in a small country town. So insurance will be fun...hah. Thanks for the advice, though.
I don’t know if the affordable health care act (govt sponsored) would available to you, but worth a look before you come over. Otherwise you have to get private insurance if nothing follows you from home. Expect to pay $2k USD a month for 2 adults.
No govt assistance allowed on a K1 visa, and rightfully so. We'll have to explore our options.
American healthcare is vile, though.
