My heart often feels like its really straining to do its job. At times it feels like each beat will be its last. I do a fair bit of excercise and I'm 23 years old. I'm not overweight but I feel like my insides are soft and spongey. I have terrible allergies so I can only really eat different wheeled cheeses. Could this be related?

It could be too much fat, high cholesterol, protein, and sodium in your diet. Too much protein can be very, very, unhealthy. It causes a problem with the kidneys, if I'm not mistaken. You need to eat a more balanced diet and see a doctor. Good luck.

I doubt at your age you are having some serious heart problem but it isn't normal to feel what you are feeling and you should be going to the doctor ASAP instead of asking questions as important as this on a site like this.
Many things mimmick a heart attack. But better safe than sorry. Go immediately to an er and tell them how you feel. Usually, they get possible heart patients back ASAP. I've felt exactly the sane. Always went to hospital and was okay. But, what if I didn't go and wasn't okay? Better safe
Shut up u stupid Billy! Go see a doctor. My dad recently had a heart attack from a blood clot in his veins that go to his heart. Def need to go see what's going on with your heart
No this is abnormal I would recommend seeing a medical doctor as soon as possible, even if you don't have insurance. You don't mess around with your heart.
