Every time I feel a pain or ache in my jaw left arm or chest or anything goes numb I seriously fear a heart attack. I'm 18 years old and in good athletic health, is that normal?

I have the exact same problem! My sister who is a doctor told me this: Sometimes when we are overthinking things we can start to panic about what is happening to our body and we can experience pain in places where there might not really be that much wrong. It is our own paranoia that makes it happen and it doesn't mean that the pain is not there or not real but it our body can start to create things when we are worried. If it happens more often when you are lying in bed, or sitting doing nothing, this is most likely what it is as you have nothing else to take your mind of little feelings you get inside your body.
Don't worry, as long as you have good health and you're so young you most likely won't... You'd know if you were really having one
