Is it it normal for a guy to be a lot more into being touched than to do the touching?
He likes to touch my *private* parts, and not much else. He however loves having his arms, legs, butt, back etc touched.
By the way, I'm confident with my body and can comfortably say that I'm hot (lol) and that he also finds me hot...
We are not in a relationship by the way, just f buddies.

It is not normal. Your FB is not human, 'he' is an android sent to Earth from the planet Gleenod. These things have been sent to Earth to touch the 'privates' of female women, this allows them to draw energy and recharge their batteries, being touched and stroked by women also provides energy to them. Surplus energy is mailed back to Gleenod and is used to create the toys found in Happy Meals. Why the Gleenods do this is far to long a story to relate here.
Do not touch or stroke your FB, throw ice water over 'him' and shout 'I know what you are'. If 'his' reaction to this doesn't convince you of the truth, I don't know what will.
Part of touching is for personal enjoyment and the other part of it is for their enjoyment.
