He has a girlfriend

hey, i had the same problem, I met this guy bc he was friends with my friend's boyfriend. He started hanging out with my group every lunch and i started to like him, and for a while i thought he liked me, but then one day he just randomly said "i have a girlfriend, but we can still be friends" i acted like i didnt really care and answered sarcastically which is my normal response to everything. He dated that girl for a couple of months but something inside me told me to wait. Over the summer we started to email eachother and i found out that they broke up. Back in school we started to hang out in between bells and we kind of confessed to eachother that we liked eachother, but his parents wouldnt allow him to date bc his last relationship ended badly. again, something inside me told me to wait. Now, we've been dating for a couple of months and we couldn't love eachother more than we do. im joining the military and hes still gonna be in school when i leave, but again, something tells me to wait, everything's gonna be alright <3
