Anyway [if so] : Some like the pressure, the intense urge. Some like it THAT much that they go even further: waiting until they couldn't reach a toilet in time even if they wanted to, then not only being close to but really reaching the point of losing control. This is what I meant. This may happen by "miscalculation" or deliberately, knowing you are going to wet your pants but still letting pass even the last chance to do anything against it. (This is truely daring behavior, in particular in some public place, but of course not everyone's cup of tea (pee). It may be extremely arousing for some.)
I know that women may combine pee desperation and masturbation, losing the first battle in the instant when winning the second ;-), or close to it, with precautions or without.
It is a shame that it is so taboo-ed that so few talk about it. On many boards a thread is immediately closed by some moderator as soon as the topic goes into this direction. No wonder that women get the impression they are doing something wrong and better don't let out a word about it. No wonder guys who would be your counterpart do not find you women.
