they're 2 sides of the same coin. me too. I did a Xanax overdose from depression turned to outward anger to an evening of despair. spent some time in the ER then psych ward. Meds made me lethargic and stupid. I quit the meds and do the best I can. but yeah, if you're suicidal, see someone or check yourself in.
