Have you seen people wearing vibrams (toe shoes)?

Is it normal to see a few people walking around with Vibrams where you live? They are the shoes that individual areas for the toes. They can look like this: http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/products/Five-Fingers-Sprint-Womens.htm
Also, if you do see people, where do you live/what is the climate?

    those shoes are AMAZING AF.literally, you feel like running barefoot but you can`t step into anything hurtful-at least you can`t get hurt! great for running and working out, but i wouldn`t wear them on a daily basis:D

    I've seen a few people with them. They are usually jogging or hiking, not a casual, "lets go to the bar" shoe. I live in the Northwest, it rains here.

    Yes, I have seen those. My girlfriend wants a pair. I have really high insteps and have to wear inserts in my shoes. They look like they would be terribly uncomfortable for me to wear for long periods.

    Never seen them in person but I saw a couple contestants wearing them on the TV show "American Ninja Warrior".
