To the distinction between books and e-books: I was curious about how many people still read good old paper books.
My background - I love reading books, both paper books and e-books (one advantage of e-books is that they do not take much space in your flat/apartment because in my flat it is hard to walk because of the books lying everywhere, including kitchen) but I have a special passion for paper books. Maybe because I started to use the Internet just 4-5 years ago or so, and I feel that I remember more from a book which I read on paper than online or in e-book format. But there are many books which I can find only online and not on paper, so I am thankful for e-books, too.
I thought that people who read books on paper as well as e-books (like the nice posters above) will definitely fall under the category YES of my poll, so it made no difference to exclude e-books if I set the limit "at least one paper book".
I just want to see the percentage of people who read versus those who do not. That should explain also my limit "at least one". I am not a bookshop-keeper though:), no marketing research is going on here.
Have you read at least one book this year?
