I've had them a few times. The first was with two girls that really were not into each other, but they were a little tipsy and made it all about me. I just kind of let them have their collective way with me. The second time just sort of happened, but again the girls were not into each other and it was awkward. These were all women I had just met, so there was no pre-existing relationship, but the girls in the pairs knew each other.
The third time was great. My girlfriends (primary is 20 and secondary is 21) are both bisexual, so it it didn't take long for me to suggest to them both that "I can arrange that".
