If I have one regret in life, it is that I have absolutely no musical talent at all. I was fortunate enough to work for some of the great 60's rock bands and even under the tutelage of quite a few incredible musicians, it was apparent to all of us that I was not destined to be one of the talented ones who made the music.
Hell, I tried them all, even a sitar. I would have settled for tambourine. Anything. No timing, no understanding of keys and scales, tone deaf and I couldn't carry a one note tune in a bucket if my life depended on it.
