I think I know what you mean like you dont feel like your problems qualify for counseling ? its hard to explain but its like things dont seem serious enough for it ?
I feel and know what you mean:( and Noid is right please dont skip days though because it will really mess with you badly because the medication has to be taken every day in order for it to build up in your system and work .
Have you ever took counseling and been on antidepressants?
