have you ever talk to yourself?

lol i forgot about that... it's not rlly talking tho, more like cursing.. at least to me, cos i'll be like ''fuk fuk fuk'' under my breath... I only talk to myself in my head because i'm so shy and paranoid, even at home and alone, but i guess that doesn't count as talking... but sometimes my lips move to the words in my mind but no sound comes out... im weird >_>
