    Some days just getting out of bed in the morning doesn't pay off like I'd like it too.
    But I summon the courage to take that risk.

    ...until I say "Fuck it. I'm going back to bed."

    1.5 million speculating on vacant land.
    Lots of other deals did pay. This one, not so much.

      I did it twice. I can't afford any more legal fees so I'm going really slow with this one. He wanted to buy me an engagement ring, but I told him I wanted a promise ring instead. I'm sure there are people who would like I'm weird, but whatever. It's actually a very nice ring. So I'm scared of the big diamond ring and the bigger commitment that comes with it.
