No but if they're doing something illegal first place it's their own damn fault for getting caught.
Sure people always want to blame the cops for arresting them, or blame so-and-so for "setting them up"... but the cold hard truth is, if they weren't breaking the law or cheating in the first place none of it would have happened.
Well of course, but sometimes you need to help the process along. Like if someone was stealing from you, you'd need prof, so you might set out bait and set up a camera, or some other appropriate plan.
Or if you suspected your husband was cheating with prostitutes from craigslist, you might post a fake ad to see if he responds to it.
It doesn't always have to be some elaborate scheme or involve only illegal things, maybe it's just to give someone their just desserts.
Have you ever set anyone up?

still their own fault.
whether it's "illegal" or simply "cheating"... it still boils down to the same thing...
they wouldn't have gotten in trouble if they had been doing the right thing from the start.
